A day at Disneyland for our top-performing interns alongside their managers.

Summer at Victory Branding isn’t just about clocking hours and delivering results. Throughout the program, interns team up with their managers, learning the ins and outs of sales, branding, and direct marketing.

But it’s more than learning, it’s about bringing your best. Each manager observes their team, noting qualities that echo the Victory Branding mindset: reliable work ethic, consistent performance, genuine ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile. At the close of the program, managers nominate the interns who didn’t just meet expectations, but outperformed them, typically three or four exceptional individuals per group.

Disneyland stands out as the perfect backdrop for a day that blends laughter, thrilling rides, and genuine connection. There’s nothing like celebrating in a place known for adventure and wonder, reminding our interns (and managers!) that professional growth and having fun can go hand in hand.

The experience isn’t only about rollercoasters and churros. It’s about building memories. Interns and managers spend the day outside of work, cheering each other on during rides, sharing stories over Mickey-shaped treats, and deepening friendships formed during the busiest weeks of the internship. Barriers fall away as everyone sees each other beyond the office, inspired and refreshed by the shared success.
